REGULAR PROGRAM - (CLE CREDIT PENDING)
An opportunity to learn new skills to prepare your case for trial, trial tactic techniques and expert training in general custody and business valuation issues and how to most effectively direct and cross-examine in those areas. Learn direct and cross-examination techniques from Roger Dodd, a trial judge, an appellate justice and more than a dozen of the country's recognized best family law trial lawyers. Learn the nuances of business valuation from nationally renounced valuation expert, Jay Fishman, and all the ins-and-outs of custody reports and testing from Jonathan Gould, a coast-to-coast expert witness on these issues. Trial training is learned in a courtroom settling, on-your-feet experience critiques by our faculty, plus video-reviews, ending with an actual trial in a Houston Courtroom.
